Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece from Moment House. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please email us at shopmomenthouse@gmail.com with your order information. Once your return request is approved, return instructions and a shipping label will be provided.
Please note: return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the original purchase and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
