Return Policy

At Moment House, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. 
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or alterations cannot be accepted. 

Store Credit 

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopmomenthouse@gmail.com so we can make it right.
